Those videos show the older 995 carbine, not the 995TS we have in Canada.

Simple disassembly as follows:

Take off the bolt holding the cocking handle.

Take off the 2 bolts holding the receiver cover.

Flip the lever at the front of the top rail up, and slide the upper forestock forward and lift away.

Underneath, in front of the trigger guard, there is a rectangular metal clip: slide that off.

Now you can lift the whole barrel and breech/trigger assembly out of the stock.

You can separate the stock by taking out the rest of the obvious bolts, but be warned, you will tear your hair out trying to put the recoil-reducing butt pad back in. I suggest not taking the stock apart unless you absolutely have to.
