It's a converted military model. Safety goes 180. Now I know!!

I can't dry fire the rifle in order to remove the top cover.

The trigger feels mechanically disengaged.

How do I re set the trigger if I can't take the top cover off.

This is a purchase off the board and I want to know if this is fixable.

Well worse case, remove the butt stock off your VZ. Then slide a small flat tip screwdiver in the butt stock screw hole and push down on the sear. This will release the striker
