Thanks to #1bcshooter for advising me what needed to be done, to make everything fit.

Cool & well done but don't you have to remove that second part of the leaf spring so your rifle full auto dosn't work? Also what's up with the trigger pin? Did you have to mod it? I all ways thought that it had 2 little spring tab's.

The second leaf spring is useless without the full auto sear is my understanding, so I didn't bother breaking it off.
On the trigger I had to grind off the second disconnector to get it to fit, which is another reason the fa leaf spring is harmless.
The trigger pin itself is unharmed, your probably just seeing the disconnector pin sticking out.

As you can see in the side view, my grinding isn't very accurate, and I shined up some of the trigger itself, by accident. If I took the trigger assembly out, it looks really ugly due to my grinding, but in the rifle it looks ok. And more importantly, it works ok.

MosinNagantM44 where can I get this stock at? I know Infratek had 'em at one time, but I think they are sold out now. Is it 100% polymer or does it have a steel core? Thanks...

Plain Jane.

There's a couple of extra accessories I want, but nothing major. Gonna put a factory black synthetic forestock on it, maybe a FAB pistol grip and a Krinkov flash arrestor.

Gonna leave the sights as-is.

It is heavy so i am assuming the core is steel and it is wrapped with polymer on the outside.
Wasn't it meant for bashing thoose Capitalist pig's in the head, comrade ;)
As for buying these stock's unless you can speak Czech well we in North American will just have to wait tell some one import's these in. Although there is a newer version availible out from Isreal;

The actual Galil stock is probably the best folding mech/stock I have seen. A very robust and simple design that wears very well.

Fab was making them for the civilian market due to overstock they had on hand from previous Galil and MG contracts. Thus unless they make any more rifles with that older stock design I think this one has gone the way of the dodo.

2003 VZ with a "Broncoo" ambi carrier handle and preventative gremlin tab.
Good times.
Thanks to DEREK2007 for the great deal on a great rifle and to Mike (Broncoo) for the work on the carrier.
