I have seen Izhevsk and Tula . Never seen Kovrov one. Maybe later.

I have a couple of the Kovrov rifles. One pre UN stamp, and the other from the last lot with UN stamp. Overall my Tula rifles seem to have the nicest looking birch wood with the Kovrov's being close and the Izhevsk generally having the least appealing wood. Otherwise lets face it there's pretty much no difference.
