Welding a pin to the magazine follower is considered to be a better method as it is non-destructive to the magazine body.

No, its such a light weld it won't do anything, unless you REALLY want that 6th round in there lol.

I know that I hate the giant, retarded frankenpin. It makes a big circle on the bottom of the magazine that looks stupid.
