SRS .308 Winchester CONVERSION KIT

This conversion kit can be changed out in less than 60 seconds in the field with a 5mm allen wrench. The kit includes barrel, bolt, magazine and bolt stop, which shortens the bolt throw on the 308.

The .308 Winchester cartridge is very popular amongst Military and Police snipers as well as big game hunters, it is one of the most widely used cartridges in history and for good reason; it has an effective range of 800 meters, provides better knockdown power than the .223 Rem, has moderate recoil and has a very long barrel life. Most new long range shooters start with the .308 Winchester cartridge because it is accurate and easy to shoot and because a wide selection of ammunition is readily available.

The Shooting Edge has these, non-restricted if I remember correctly. Also, that has to be one of the most tactical sounding product names I have seen in a while! :)

That has to be the dumbest name I've seen for a firearm. Unless you're in the 7th grade. Then it's really ubercool.

If you spent a moment to actually look into it, as opposed to acting like a 7th grader, you would have discovered that the company is named Desert Tactical Arms; the firearm is actually named the Stealth Recon Scout (SRS). Many refer to this model as the "DTA" or "Desert Tactical" because this was their first offering, which is no longer the case.

The SRS is non-restricted, and as mentioned The Shooting Edge is the Canadian dealer/importer. They are currently out of stock but have an order pending (eta who knows...).

I own the SRS with 338 and 308 conversion kits, and it is in fact "ubercool"...I look like the Pied Piper, what with the throng of 7th graders following me around chanting "that's so coooooool!"

350Mag...if you want detailed info on gun, PM me and I'll fill you in.
