fired 3-4 shots, and then it won't chamber anything anymore. Only about half way.

The shiney spot is brass from commercial ammo. Surplus won't chamber either. Seems to be hung up on that ridge, wtf is that doing there? How was I able to fire 3 or 4 shots?

On a second look I think you're correct.
I feel foolish for not considering this. I knew I should of looked at my spent brass before heading home.
Now to try and remove it...

Broken Shell Extractor

If you google 7.62x39 extractor many places sell them. I purchased one many years ago and have only had to use it twice. It make life alot better when this concern happens.

By new I mean you haven't fired it? If this is only a few rds in, it is likely headspace.
Yes, first time shooting it.

As for the headspace, should I get a go/no go gauge kit? Or just try and find a gunsmith(that might be hard) and have him check it, cause if it is headspace, what could I do about it?

I have a 7.62x39 No Go. A Field gauge might be more useful in this situation. If you want to borrow the No Go, PM your mailing address.

Also if you don't mind could you please inform us to what make or model this rifle is?
E.G. CZ 858 2007 batch, CZH 2003, VZ 58.
Thanx
It was Marstar barrel & reciever with a part's kit.
Most people that get this kit should check headspace before blasting just incase for stuff like this.

Also, check any of your other brass you can find, look up head seperation and see what the brass looks like just before it does this!

Take a .45 cal brush, into the case from the back, push it in just a little and then using a cleaning rod, tap in out gently from the muzzle.

I have to find one of those first. Firearm related stuff isn't easy to come by on the island.
