BC LEH results on line now!

Congratulations!

I got a flat-top permit close enough to home for day trips in November, though I'll probably camp out.

I got something.... don't have a synopsis on me. Trying to find the codes online

edit>> ah, moose near smithers. excellent.

NIL for the whole household! Arghhhhh the dashed hopes, the broken dreams the wasted tax dolllars, the anger the frustration the tears................... Oh well any bull moose, Elk and antlerless elk are <90 days away so I guess we'll survive. Nope still very very bitter.

MIG25, truth be told I wish you well with both the hunts. If it makes you feel any better the elk will be alot yummier and the goat alot easier to butcher then would the moose. Or are you after the calf draw?

Cheers to all the successful applicants, except those that drove up the odds on the 1.7:1 draw that two of us did'nt get drawn for LOL.

i'm not complaining, it will be a lot easier to find a calf or a dry cow elk than a 6 point bull (or whatever the regs will have this year). and the last goat hunt was very enjoyable.

Boo;
I know just what you are feeling. I got a September moose draw in this region. I'm going to hunt like hell and I don't really care if I get one. I thought I was likely to die before I ever got anything from LEH applications. I'll be 70 this hunting season and I'm not sure how many more I'll be granted. I'm going to enjoy this one though, a whole lot, and I'll be hunting alone on this hunt. Would still like to get one on my own, brought in on my Trapper Nelson like the good old days. Hard to believe I grew up and subsisted on moose for all those years and kept being denied opportunity to hunt close at hand. And, if all else fails, I'll go north in October and try again with my son.
Good luck on your hunt.

i got antlerless elk for the october season in region 4-06 zone c. i tossed a card in for it since i had an extra. totally not expecting it, but ok. now i get to learn how to hunt elk which i've never done before. anyone got an tips?

i also got a mulie doe in 3-30.

I'd love to try for goat or sheep next year. Hopefully buddy at work who I took the hunting course with will be up for it.

My dad got shut out this year.
Means anything he spots will be all mine. Should be a fun first hunt
