Why no surplus S&B 8mm mauser ammo?

Why does nobody sell surplus S&B 8mmx57 mauser ammo? I took a quick check on gunbroker.com and 600rnds/$130 = $.216 per shot. I did a quick check on nrcan's ammo list and they have several listings of approved S&B 8x57 so AFAIK it can be brought in. Is just nobody bringing it in directly from CZ because of lack of demand or ??

Sellier & Bellot ammo isn't surplus. They only make a 196 grain FMJ in 8mm JS too.
North Sylva is their Canadian distributor though.
