I have a Remington .700 sps chambered in .308, with a Harris Series S Swivel Bipod. I am looking for a good scope to put on it. I was thinking a varmint scope, something long range, But i don't really want to break the bank. Now i know i know, "you get what you pay for". But is there a decent scope out there in the neighborhood of about 120-250?

"...How were your groups..." No scope will improve the accuracy of any firearm that doesn't shoot well with iron sights. A scope does nothing but allow you to see the target better.

But i want it to have a very aggressive look to it.
You want your scope to look "aggressive"?

You could always paint it up like this to make it scary.

On one of my 700P's I have a 'interim' 3200 mildot 10X and It has been bang on for POI/POA every time I have dragged it to the range , which is roughly 2-3 times a week , mind you In the end you do get what you pay for (clarity/light transmission) my other 700P wears Leupold Tactical glass but for 600.00 less the Bushnell will suffice, for now..... :)

Now is that in 7.62x51mm or .308 :nest:
:p

For every round of 308 winny/223 rem I fire out of my 700P's, I fire 20 marked 'nato', Im still trying to create that ever elusive 'supernova' ;)
