I'm looking for a manual foro this particular type of shotgun. I have searched the net and came up dry and nothing comes up on here either. Anyone know where I can look to find one. I tried Remington's archives and even called them and they have nothing on it. Any help would be great!

Search for CIL 402...I think it's the same gun. The remmingtons were available here and, south but CIL 402, only here. Made in Brasil.

Just checked Numerich site...lots of parts for Remington 812 but, no schematic. Also nil on schematic for CIL 402...not sure what CBC's model # is/was...will keep looking, if only for kicks!
I'm not sure (as mentioned) that you'll find a "manual" for it...
On the Numerich site, there is a parts diagram (schematic) listed. It's under CBC and is also known as a "Brazillian Single Barrel". In my Numerich Catalouge (10+years old) it is only listed under "Brazillian Single Barrel".

Cleaning of a single shot, hinge action shotgun, is a pretty straightforward affair and, not truly "manufacturer specific" operation. Disassembly may be. I don't know if the schematic provided will be much assitance in the procedure other than a "parts count" for re-assembly....
