AR15 Accessories

Hi all, im looking to upgrade my AR rifle with several accessories. I would prefer to buy them all in one place to combine on shipping costs, so if anyone knows a good store(s) that carries everything or specializes in these parts (but reasonably priced) that would be great.

Here are the items in interested in:

-Detachable carry handle
-Carry handle weaver/picatinny mount (see-through, so iron sights are still usable)
-Foregrip
-3/4" ring or laser mount (already have the laser)
-Weaver/picatinny rail covers (preferably rubber)
-Weaver/picatinny mounted bi-pod

-Reasonably priced 4x optic

No customs or duties just gst and pst..oh yeah there is the 5 bucks that Canada Post charges

did some carry handle research, Nc star has one ($40), Command Arms Accessories makes one ($45), any other cheap brands out there? Will these do the job or are they really cheap? What is better on a $100+ handle?
