I added three rare flat-top SAN rifles to the collection. Here's the first. A CQB flat-top with the 553 gas system. Minty fresh from the SAN factory. Thanks to CIE (formerly Redleg) for bringing it in, and thanks to CRAFM for handling the sale:

I also picked up a flat-top carbine and a flat-top black special with a long match barrel (same as the one on the sniper model I believe).

Flat Top Carbine is very nice. Mount a scope and don't need the cheek piece.

That's exactly what the early conversion from Brügger & Thomet look like.

For some reason Swissarms couldn't get it done.

Why did you get the short barreled version and not the LB-version?

I should clarify. I did not special order or import these guns. It was cie (formerly redleg here on CGN) who imported the guns, and CRAFM handled the retail sale. I would suggest sending cie a PM. I am pretty sure he still had some flat-top carbines and long barreled black specials left. Just google "CIE Canada Inc" go to the products page, scroll down, and you will see what he has.
