Does HK MR223 takes LAR-15 magazine?

It takes any AR magazine, so yes.
Not all AR mags, due to the angle of the magwell on the MR223 compared to the AR15, will fit.
TD ARC magazine and the Magpul PMAG will not fit a MR233.
It will take the LAR-15 mag tho.
