Best Quad Rail (Price and Quality) for Norc M4

I am looking for a decent quad rail, not too expensive as this is going on a Norc (defeat the purpose of a norc if I was going to spend half its value on a hand guard). I found one I really like by UTG ARR-238:

cant find any of our sponsers that sell it, in the US it goes for around $70 so that is a good price range. I saw Questar has a UTG one but requires partial disassembly (front sight post and change barrel nut) which means i would have to buy the tool to put it on. Their other UTG one goes over the front site and extends, not the look I am going for. Moreguns has a NC Star one I can get with shipping for just over $70....but I am not sure how it looks exactly. Any experience with NC Star Quad rails? I have a UTG tri rail on my Norc M14 that is awesome so I know they are good to go. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
 
nc star sells one for $55 buck's that look's the same as the pic you posted. I bought mine from more gun's supply out of manitoba and it was a peice of cake to install after watching a video on you tube how to do it and it look's killer
 
I installed the NC Star Quad rails and foregrip on my NORC M4, simple drop in design, no tools required (OK, maybe an allen key). I brough it from Marstar, but it is listed as "SOLD OUT" now, if you can get it for Moreguns for $70, then it is a good deal.

Questar had some Carbine length that extend past the front sight post. I put on on my rifle. Really solid and well made.

I think the have like 9 left. they are $60

Do you mind posting some pictures of it installed on yours. I was looking at that one but was not to sure about the look. The picture they show has devices on it so it is hard to know the exact look. Good price though!
 
I have one on my M14 and a mid length free float on my 597 VTR from Questar for $70 I can’t complain about ether unit the m14 UTG has been through hell and holds and the free float is solid as a rock the only thing that I can say negative about it is the added weight.
