When I read the subject line, I got all tingly - thinking Czechmates might be like Playboy Bunny-types. Then I got disappointed when I read Blue Dragon's post, but then got really excited when I saw the pictures - is that disturbing in any way? :)

Makes me want to leave Prod Minor!

the safety on the cz is not easy to manipulate for people with short fingers. that's one of the first things to be replaced. on production div, it's not a big deal on the shadow as it is not used anyway.

That is what really puzzled me when I got my Shadow. Since the safety isn't really used why didn't they put the decocker on this model instead of the safety. Makes more sense in a prod. div. gun

The tactical has a decocker. The shadow can be used in either PD or SD. If you don't like having the safety then get the super low profile ones and don't use them.
CZ style guns have the pivot point in the wrong spot. The 1911 safety pivots right.

Probably for the same reason Shadow doesn't have firing pin safety... It is just a better competition gun without all those things.
