I wonder if my husband can take the guns registered on my name to the range without me accompanying him? Granted that he is PAL/RPAL licensed and has the range membership.

Can anybody provide the link to the official information describing this scenario?

I will call CFO tomorrow to do my part in due diligence :)

Thanks.

Called CFO today.
1. My husband can take my non-restricted guns without me accompanying him to the range if he is licensed for the non-restricted (PAL) and has a copy of a firearm registration certificate with him.

2. My husband can take my restricted guns without me accompanying him to the range is he is licensed for the restricted (RPAL), has applied for the ATT for the particular firearm and range, has a copy of a firearm registration certificate and the range membership card with him. When applying for ATT, he will have to put my RPAL # and FIN (firearm identification number) of the firearm he is willing to transport.

3. The firearm cannot be registered on both of our names (like a car, for example). If I want to register a firearm on my husband name - the standard transfer procedure is applied.

End of report :)
