700 sps tac vs mossburg nitetrain

Whats the better rifle ? I need some help to decide between the two.

mossberg 100ATR Night Train 2 or Remington 700 sps tactical in .308

Why or why not

I have the 700 SPS and a Mossy 4X4. The Mossy is a really nice rifle, and quite accurate, but I'd recommend the Remmy for the simple reason that there is a heck of a lot more knowledge base out there as well as after-market fun stuff for remmy and Savage.

700sps is 300% better gun then the mossy.

Rem 700, accurate, SAFE, reliable, and a gazillion aftermarket parts/accessories.

+1 for the Remington! Google "Mossberg rifle" and "explosion" and see what you get.

I think I will stick with the remmy 700 after reading about the problems the Nighttrain has. Seemed like an awesome deal though.........

Mossy & Rem 710 fit in the same boat IMO
My SPS with bedded action & Timney trigger shoots .75" groups @100 NO PROBLEM. And I'm sure it'll shoot better than that if I do my part.
So Remington 700 gets my vote. Mossberg should stick to shotguns.
