Just got my DAR 22 receiver in the mail and the first thing I noticed was how beefy and nicely finished it was.....I was super impressed. I finished building it and went to #### the action only to find that the bolt gets jammed/stuck to the rear. After closer inspection I found the problem. The bolt gets hung-up on the lip that is suppose to keep the bolt from falling out the bottom....and yes I had the buffer installed, it still does this even with the buffer in place, almost as if the buffer wasn't there. Comparing the stock 10/22 receiver to the DAR I noticed that the lip is rounded off or con-caved in (see pic) where the stock ruger one is longer and squared to prevent the bolt from catching. I've tried installed both bolts from both my 10/22's with the same problem.....anyone else have this problem? Wish it wasn't doing this as I really like this receiver. Hopefully Dlask can help me out when I phone tomorrow.

Hmm, I remember a post on the first run where someone couldn't install their bolt because there was too much metal, leading to subsequent production changes.

Alright, FINALLY got it back today! Took awhile, but he threw in a few extras for the wait :D I sent him the receiver and my bolt, this is what I got back:

By the way, the receiver is perfect, apparently a small run of them were like this, but its all good now.
