Mushroom Help Needed - False Chanterelle?

They are in my compost which gets picked up bi-weekly, they can spread all they want, I don't use this compost.

But others do, your compost doesn't just end up in a landfill

where they'll multiply and infect the rest of your compost- BURN THEM- mushrooms like nothing better than moist and dark

You mean help to more efficiently break down the material in the compost, releasing the nutrients? That's what shrooms do -- the more I have of any variety in the compost -- the better the compost.

no i mean that the spores will generate new mushrooms and so on- the poor b"stard that gets his compost will have to deal with it- might end up having to pull out all his good soil just to ERADICATE THE PROBLEM

Mushrooms in the compost will only help the soil.
