If You Pay HST, We Will Only Charge You GST

I think it's great that someone is trying to save some fellow Canadians some money instead asking more. It seems other dealers are trying to ruin a good thing or ther just pissed off that they never thaught of it.
Keep up the good work and good luck with your sales.
Now give the numbers a rest and back to the arguing.

1000 $ item
1000 + 5% = 1050

X + 13%X = 1050
X = 929.20

Ki11erkane sells the 1000$ item for 70.80$ less and pays the great and democratic government of Ontario the due tax for 929.20 (meaning 74.35$) instead of tax for 1000$ (80$). This benefits you as a buyer and is detrimental to the overgreedy-overtaxing-should-have-been-long-gone liberal milking institution.

However, since there seems to be a problem with the understanding, I suggest to have that deal offered to Albertans. We are not good with math and like a deal when we see one.

Thank you.

$1000.00 X 1.13 (HST) = $1130.00

$1000.00 X 1.05 (GST) = $1050.00

$1130.00 - $1050.00 = $80.00

$80.00 is the difference. You pay the balance.

Simple simple.

Great Canadian Superstore has no tax sales all the time, and they sell a lot more than groceries, pick yourself up a nice new tv with no tax. Other places like M&M meatshops don't charge tax, it's just factored into their pricing.

Likely with the new shopping cart and the rewards points we are offering for purchases, we will phase this out eventually, but for now we still offer it.
