Ammo pouch question

I just got my new mosin sniper repro
it came with two ammo pouches
i know one of them is the standard issue
i cant figure out what the other one is

Any help is welcome!

Please reduce the size of your pictures.
The one with the 'Y' shaped closer is for your rifle. The plain leather one looks too big for 8mm or 7.62 x 54R ammo.
