Just getting into reloading, and I'm curious as to how people interpret the NrCan regulations regarding powder storage? Locking it in a gun safe should be fine, or no? Wouldn't locking it in a steel container create an explosion hazard as opposed to putting it out of sight on a shelf? What do people usually do?
