My new M4 pics - Build Now Complete! Pics Added :-)

I only took mine to the range a couple of times (was waiting to set up to reload for .223) but had no problems at all. Accuracy was better than of SKS for sure. Haven't shot it since the Magpul upgrades yet but going again today after work. :)

I will have a good one hopefully by Wednesday night as I am waiting for my rear sight to come in.

Won't be happening this Wednesday. When I purchased online I got an Aug. 04 date but I called in today and all my stuff is being shipped from California. I ordered from a Canadian company solely for this not to happen. I know it's hard to be a dealer but I can't believe the amount of crap I get on a regular basis from the smaller guys. I guess they have to give some things up to compete. On one hand you want to support the Canadian smaller companies but on the other hand you want to please yourself.

Dude that blows - I too am sick of people dicking around the bush when it comes to helping out fellow gun nutz!

On the other hand, the holster I ordered from 4runner was shipped out the next day and he provided me a tracking number just as he said he would - thanks! Maybe the EE is the place to be for solid transactions?

Oh, for sure, the best transactions I have had have been threw the EE.

On a side note...wait 'til you try changing the handguards (OMG!!)...had a spare MOE kicking around and went to install it...short version...I've got a real scuffed looking delta ring now...but it's on!

I've put about 300 rounds 55gr UMC through it without a flaw. I was able to shoot 3/4 inch group off a rest at 25 yards. point of aim point of impact at 25 put my larger 3 inch group about 3-4 inches high at 100. No stoppages.

The MOE handguards were a complete pain in the arse to install. It required filing of the lower guard's slip ring end lip, and some "encoragement" with a blunt instrument. However; with patience I managed to get'er done without a negative mark on the rifle.

If you're thinking of getting into the AR game buy a Norinco. I have used numerous AR's from colt to stag to bushmaster to diemaco. Nothing wrong with the Norinco. I will definately do some tweaks to it (trigger), but have nothing bad to say about it.H:S:

That sucks that your stuff is being shipped from the US. I agree that if buying from Canadian dealer/resellers that You shouldn't be having to deal with unknown duties and taxes if customs gets a hold of it as the end price may end up being a lot more than you bargained for.

Another good night at the range!

I wonder if yours had a glitch? I haven't received my parts yet but tried to see if it was difficult to remove my forend. I just pulled the Delta ring back with my bare hands. No issues at all.

I just pulled mine back too,a little bit of a pain in the a** but it came,
I ordered a bunch of add ons for mine also, there must be something wrong with me,I cheap out and pay 700 bones for a gun then order 700 bucks of add ons,lol

FWIW When I first got mine I tried a detailed strip, and no matter what, I could not get the f-ing things off with my bare hands. I haven't been able to go to the range and play with it so haven't really had reason to strip it again.

For those of you that had this problem and scuffed up the D-ring in the process, has it since loosened?
