Has anyone reloaded surplus (GP-11) cases for this cartridge? how hard would this be to do

"...reloaded surplus...how hard..." Berdan primed. You won't find berdan primers. Certainly not easily nor regularly. Not worth the fuss.
Commercial 7.5 Swiss isn't terribly hard to find. Not cheap though. Most of it is Norma, but Prvi loads it too. Epp's carries Norma.

I reload GP11 cases exclusively. I sold off all the boxer primed cases I had bought when I got my first K31 rifle as the GP11 cases work better and they are plentiful.

The chap you want to talk to is Peter Krause. The primer is RWS 5.5mm #5620

Cost is about 1.5X the cost of boxer primers, but your GP 11 cases were cheap compaired to NNY cases.

Indeed I shot a pile of GP-11's and kept the brass so I have a couple hundred cases, thanks very much for the help.
