Just wanted to let all you guys know Badger Arms worked every thing out. Misunderstandings on both parties and I should have not posted what I did.
Just wanted to apologize to Badger Arms and publically thank him for working out something we both agreed apon.

You're lucky I guess. I emailed Reliable to purchase a rifle off their website, and they got back to me saying that was an "old price" from their "testing website" (?), thanked me for noticing, and priced the rifle $250 more.

Gee, thanks for getting my hopes up....

Well all I can say is Badger went out of his way to make this right.
 
From what he said in the other post, it would seem that he went "too" far to make things right (if you were the guy asking for the low deposit/layaway thing still after public complaining that is).
 
Out west here you can legally demand the advertised price +10% off........

You can legally demand the same thing here in NB. Legally the seller does not have to do anything, but you can demand all you want.
