Does anyone know if it is possible to anodize a barrel and action? If so, do you know anyone that does it? I'd like to get a .22 done in pink for my granddaughters. Do you have any idea of the cost to get a single shot .22 done?

You can get the action anodized pink, but not the barrel as only aluminum can be anodized. Its a big hassle though.
May i suggest you call the guys out west at armacoat. The will be able to paint the gun pink in a coating that is as durable as hard coat anodize.

I don't think it will be AS durable as a true "hard coat" ano, but Armacoat will be a coating layer about 1.5-2 mils thick. "Hard anodizing" can be made 2 mils or more, but Milspec "type III" hard anodizing can't be dyed pink. Typically, hard anodizing is only available in black, dark grey, FDE. Hard ano isn't easily dyed ANY colour - vibrant colour anodizing is done with "type II" and the coating usually isn't greater than .5 mils.
