Can't seem to take apart the bolt on this thing to clean it. Yes I watched you tube and so on but no matter how hard I push on the black pin thingy the extractor does not come out and neither does the firing pin. One day I was doing it until my hands went numb with no luck. Any ideas guys?

Its exactly the way i do and not difficult at all but may need a few time to get used, after take only seconds to do. You have to push the extractor plunger far enough so the extractor will fall of the bolt.

I posted something about this on the CZ Forum. I actually had more trouble getting the bolt reassembled after I took it apart. The guy in the YouTube video relies on pure hand strength to disassemble and ressemble it, plus he has steady hands.
Here's what I suggest you try:
File your gas port tool flat on the extreme tip, but just a little bit. This will give you a good surface to work with when you push on the extractor stay's tiny ridge. It may be dull and somewhat rounded from previous use.
Sit at a table and put a small hardbound book against your stomach on top of the table. This will be your anvil to push against. Place the rear of the bolt against the book rather than holding it in your hand.
Push really hard and then pop the stay out at the last instant.
