Just want to let anyone who read the earlier thread which is gone that NEA is standing behind their product; there was never any question of that!

We are working things out through PM.
 
Was there ever any doubt?

From past posts, the man has always, openly and readily addressed any issues anyone ever had with anything from him (and they were almost always oddball issues).
