What is unrestricted, semi auto, could be black style, or even something like camp carbine. Didn't see anything on my regular dealer's shelves...

Might have to get it re-barrelled to a 18.5" if it's under. If that's the case it'd be cheaper to go the cx4 and re-barrel it. Might even be cheaper to just go cx4 and re-barrel it than a stock 16.5" USC for that matter. Could even get a match barrel for the Cx4 and still have money for ammo left over for the cost of a 16.5" USC.

I might've just talked myself into it... :D

###y. Looks like a AR however, and takes AR accessories & trigger components, will probably be classed restricted. :rolleyes: The OP's looking for non-restricted.
 
if you do decide you want a marlin camp carbine( that's what they're called) in 45, be sure and read up BEFORE you buy one and go to the trouble of getting a longer barrel- there's documented failures on those- i looked, and came to the conclusion that it wasn't a case of if, but when, esp if you used a "hot" load

Have not thought of selling it till now, but would like to know its value in Canada?
