BSA 17 Mach2 scope questions

I bought one here on the EE recently but found that it has a .17HMR turret on a scope labelled as a Mach2 scope. The scope also didn't come with any instruction paperwork.

Can I buy a .17M2 turret and replace the HMR turret on the scope? Where do I get one? How does it work and how do I sight it in?

As far as I know there is no source for replacement dials for the BSA scopes in Canada. Phil.
