Winchester 9mm "WCC 10"

I just bought my first box of Winchester ammo to try. Its 9mm 115 gr. in the white box. Stamped on the bottom of some of them is "WIN 9mm Luger" as I expected, but most of them have "WCC 10" on them. Is this normal?

WCC 10, indicates Winchester Cartridge Corporation with the "10" being the last two digit's of the year of manufacture. 2010
