When there is a swinging target that is visible at rest at a stage with propper activate; can I first shot it then activate the swinger??
No intention to cheat but just want to know.

From what i know... you can shoot any target that is visible, within the confines of the stage definition. So Yes you can.. But most stage designers dont leave much of a swinger exposed when they are at rest. Also If the swinger is activated by a popper you will have to shoot it too, dont forget it as you will get a failure to engauge procedural penalty.
