Im interested in getting an SR-22 and drowning it in a vat of Magpul kool-aid. The problem is theres no flash hider from factory on these things. Is there a dealer I can buy one from that will thread the barrel for me in-house before it ships out?

I dont have a local gunsmith around here, any other suggestions on how to get this barrel threaded would be welcome.

Thanks boyz,

contact DLASK for a new barrel - they have some with flash hiders on them and they are affordable
:agree:
Dr.Lector told me about this service that Dlask does & I ended up doing it for my VTR. Let's just say that those pesky squirels and crows no longer stand a chance ;)
Also check out there muzzle brake called the Levang Compensator;
Rew_Levang_Comp.jpg

This Levang compensator was produced by DPMS and it was modified by us for use on 10/22 heavy barrels that have a thread at the muzzle 1/2”-28 tpi. This compensator will help direct the gases on a forward direction away from the shooter. The modifications are as follows: the outside diameter was reduced so it matches the diameter of the 10/22 heavy barrel (.920”). At the rear end of the compensator, two flats were machined in the body, that allow the use of a wrench for tightening. The overall length was reduced to 2”. The final product was bead-blasted and re-blued.
This company has got so much cool stuff for the 10/22. I would defenatly check out there site for cool goodies if I was to own 1...
Actually now that I think about it I am going to.
