Need model advice for Kimber 1911

Looking for full-frame version, ambi-safety and if possible ambi mag-release (does it even exist?) Would prefer stainless steel, but my goal is to hard-chrome and polish the whole thing, so not totally necessary. Would prefer adjustable night sights or the ability to add tritium ones afterwards. Not totally familiar with their lineup, but if I wasn't going to go the pimped-out shiny chrome finish, I'd just buy a warrior II, which I have handled and love.

I don't own one, but my roomate out west does and I shoot it regularly. Pimp factor is strong, trigger breaks like a glass rod and the thing looks like it could go through hell and back. Perfect pistol if you ask me.
