Spegel Boot Grips for N-frame?

I have a set (for the same revolver, oddly engough). They are more comfortable then the factory grips, but I find the Pachmeyer Compacts a more shootable grip. FWIW. - dan

Anyone using this style of grip on there S&W 629? I have a 3" barrel 629 in 44 mag that needs some better/smaller grips. Any comments on these? Thanks
They're an awesome (consealment) grip in the K-frame size, just a little small for full house loads...

I am curious about the recoil distribution of those small Spegel grips on a hard recoiling N Frame short barrelled handgun such as a Mdl 629 3 inch ??
Of course it all depends what ammo you shoot !! But if you want to shoot smooth target loads, get a 38 Spl...
I am a great fan of the old timers, legends like Keith or the late Skeeter Skelton. Skeeter liked the Roper grips for his 4 inch N frames & Herretts still makes this grip, custom made to your hand specifications...
I favor these too !! S&W Mdl 29-3 w/ Herretts Roper grips...

I like the look of those too but like a small grip on all my pistols. Shooting full power and +P loads only and I do have huge hands so I am sure it will be interesting to try the small profile grips. Would prefer the fine line checkering to the smooth grips too. Thanks for the heads up and pictures! Nice to be able to visualize my options
