BRNO Model 2 ????Any Good???

I have found one of these for sale at a local shop for a very good price. I don't know anything about them. Are they a version of the CZ 452 ???? If they are not, are they any good and what would be a Low to High average price of one???

The Model 1 and Model 2 were earlier versions of the 452..I had a mint Model 2 a few years back...wish I'd kept it.....
