But here we can grill him on the parts;):D

Sooo anyways:p Very nice pile of parts there!:D UPS, How do you like the Karl Nills grip? What was your total cost on the grip if you don't mind me asking and how long a wait time?

The grip, you have to apply for a German export permit, which is easy. They send you a form, you fill it out and mail it back to them and they submit it. Takes about 2 months, sometimes its shorter. IIRC the grip with shipping and taxes was about $400.

Thank you very much! I have been on that site looking way too many times! Will be interesting to see how it shoots with a 69gr+ pill. Some very nice parts on that rifle!

Going with Sierra 77's, will see how that works.

Damn, after hearing about it, nice to finally see it!

Looks awesome.

Yeah I hope it shoots ok to. I got the Federal ammo I was telling you about. Just waiting for my spotting scope to arrive then Ill start again. The barrel is getting good reviews on ARFcom.

While its nice collection of parts the rifle looks weird.

Hope it shoots well for you.

Is it the wooden grip? It looks far better in person. The grip is way better than any other aftermarket AR grip I have tried. Its nice to have some wood on an AR...

I suppose some people just want to see endless Magpul rifles posted over and over again...:p

I like the J-point and the FF2. Alot.

What is that expensive looking optic behind the Aimpoint on the LMT?

Its a Gen 2+ Night Vision scope. Has a small built in IR illuminator. The body is a D300 with a Milspec tube so it was exportable with the ITAR regs.

400$ that is some big money for a grip... Am I the only one surprized? What makes it worth that much? (forgive my ignorance about Karl Nill grips...)
