Ruger revolver with 140mm barrel is listed in the FRT as being prohibited.

I wonder if the .327 Fed was chambered in a rifle, would it be prohibited? Not!!! What a stupid, asinine, moronic piece of legislation. I hope the people who dreamed up
bit of lunacy didn't procreate; there are too many stupid people on the planet as it is.

If a guy wanted one bad enough, I suspect you could have an existing 12.6 handgun chambered for the cartridge, after all how would that make it more prohibited? The trouble is other than .32-20 SAs I don't know of any .32 that would be strong enough and downsizing a 4" .357 is just wrong. If you don't have 12.6 on your card you are of course out of luck.
