So I brought back to Wallyworld the Bushnell 3x9 scope I bought in July for another one. Since I'm putting on a 16" barrel from Dlask I figured a new one was needed. Got the Bushnell Legend 5-15x40mm with adjustable parallax, for my 10-22. I'll see what everything can do next week.

I picked up a Banner 6-18x50mm for my stevens 200 in 22-250 at lebarons today for $140. I compared it to the Trophy XLT for $260. The glass on the Trophy was a bit clearer but the AO and power ring were very stiff compared to any other budget bushnells I have (I have 4). I have a Legend 4-12x40mm on my 17 hmr, it is very clear and crisp

Guess I should have called you first LOL. I exchanged again for a Trophy XLT 6-18x40. The legend had too wide a reticle for my liking, possibly because of the mil dot. This has a nice thin reticle aiming point. Haven't tried it yet, but does have a very clear sight picture.

I did a thread search and came up with this one.
So I was looking at the same trophy at wally world today and I was wondering how you like it? $240 ... good starter scope untill something better comes along. How does it hold up to the recoil of your .22-250?
