maybe if we can understand why they (lebarons) are always in such a bad mood...? could it be work conditions? bad boss?, poor renumeration? i am just wondering how customer service could be so consistently poor... maybe if we understand the beast we can then learn how to deal with it..

Maybe you are right...

However, if their renumeration would be performance based, they would not get any pay cheque at all.

They should pay to have any job... f%#@^ng A$$clowns!
