Like it says in the subject line: Has anyone used Rimfire Sports and Custom?

If so how was your experience?

I order some parts from them September 8th, and aside from getting the order confirmation email I have not heard hide nor hair from them since. No backorder status no shipping info, nothing.

I waited 9 days before sending an email inquiring about my order, which in turn got an automated reply saying they will get back to you in 2 or 3 business days. They have no phone number listed and their website says the are not staffed to handle phone calls.

Wondering if this is normal or what.

They say they do ship to Canada.

Any info would be appreciated!!

No worries my friend . I have ordered a bunch of stuff and it always came. Sometimes it was 3 weeks sometimes 4 . Patience

Did you at least get any shipping info?

Glad to know they come through in the end though!

Guess patience is not my strong suit!!

I just recieved a few 10/22 parts from them 2 weeks ago. Order took about 3 weeks to recieve so dont worry, its likley on the way.

I have no problem with long delivery times, I just want to know that it is on its way whether it is 2 weeks or 2 months. most of the stuff I order out of the US i get within 2 weeks, but I always get tracking info.

I've had good experiences with them. Free shipping most likely means it's the slowest method possible, but the prices are good and I've never had to pay duties on the stuff I have received. :)

My order was by priority mail international with a tracking number. It's probably connected to the fact that it was +$10 for shipping because I had a stock in the order. One part was backordered (Mk II 22/45 VQ hammer) so we'll see how long that takes to finally arrive. Overall I'm quite happy with the experience.

Over the last couple of years I've ordered 2 VQ trigger assemblies, a bolt handle, a screwdriver set, a VQ rail and various targets - probably 5 or 6 separate orders. Always get email confirmation of the purchase and the package arrives about three weeks later. With the dollar near par and free shipping it seems like a bargain. Great outfit to deal with.

I am glad to hear about all the positive experiences! Thanks for the info!

I have no problems with slow shipping especially if it is free!

He's a good guy to deal with... just keep in mind that a parcel comming in by US Postal service can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to make it to Canada...

Depends on the mode of transport and also on Canada Customs. USPS Priority Post will show up in less than a week if the customs boys are on the ball. Priority post costs about US$35 to ship a shoebox size parcel from US to canada. Regular USPS first class mail is ground transport only and will run $10-$15.
