So me and my buddies have decided on getting pistols in 9mm. We're looking at spending around $1000 to $1300 :D. We've been looking at the Sig 226 e2, HK USP, and other pistols around that price range. Buddy's hand fits smaller grips like on the 226 e2.

I have a Glock 21SF and the grip size is about right (would be better if smaller).
Any suggestions?

Thanks

In that price range I personally would go with either a SIG 226 or one of the Browning HP 75th anniversary models with the adjustable sights.

I guess we got a lot of Sig lovers! hahaha

Went for a drive to the gunstore today with my buddy to test out what we wanted...forgot it was Sunday and none of the toystores were open :(

Can't really go wrong With Sig or H&K I've got a p226 myself and it definitely does the trick and I personally find the grip a bit more comfortable than the USP.

you don't need to spend 1300 to get a quality gun. You can get a Beretta 92 and still have enough money left over to buy ammo or take a BB course ;)

I love my SigPro 2022. Inexpensive, light and the small grip insert is perfect for me. No lack of quality that I can see.
You could spend the rest on ammo!

I love mine to. Excellent quality and great accuracy, but if your determined to spend more then go with a sig 226

in this price range i think CZ shadow or CZ tactical sport are great value.

you could get both, shadow and a tactical sport in .40S&W for the win.

i own both, unbeatable value for the price.the TS has a sooo nice trigger OTB,shoot like a dream.

I read about the new Berettas being made with inferior quality materials when compared to the older models. If it weren't for that I'd be thinking about getting a 92, or preferably an M9 (like the two dot sights more)

The thing I like about the Sigs are that they have decocking levers and is DA/SA. I have a Glock and I've shot the G17, it's a great handgun but the thing that turns me off of them is that they're DA only.

No... but if you don't spend it on the gun... you'll waste it on other futility ;) so might just as well use the full "budget" amount.

Are you and your friend planning on playing any games?

If you, you might want to use some of that gun money on a quality holster/belt/mag pouch/spare magazines.

I'm gonna have to weigh in and say Browning HP, 75th anniversary, it's well in the price range.

They just look and feel so awesome, but, I like the old school stuff....
