Rage!!!!

That picture is so awesome I don;t even understand what happened. What happened?

Look at the pic and what do you see?? Photoshop perhaps? there is no spine sticking out and at that part of a animal there is no vitals also. All that is there is spine and meat.No white stuff like in the pic.A rifle would have a hard time doing that let alone a broadhead, unless it had a charge of C4 on the end of it.

Also notice as above^^^ the op is banned...why I dont know? but it might have something to do with posting bogus material in a forum?? Meh I dont know but just a thought for now...just my .02 worth

Don't matter what kind of gore is displayed - this puppy is sticking with Montec G5's, no more mechanicals.

Photoshop? Please.

You are seeing the intestines of the deer bulging out of the cut my Rage broadhead made going in at a very acute angle. The deer was standing facing away from me at an angle when I shot it, which turned at 2" entry wound at 90 degrees into a ten inch entry wound at 20 degrees. The broadhead is lodged into the spine after going through a few ribs.

As far as the OP, no idea what his issue was.

Shot this spike buck yesterday with my Hoyt Maxxis 35 with Muzzy MX3's. Straight through and through. Cut two ribs in half. Couldn't be happier.

Not sure why the OP is banned but if he wants to shoot a fawn and it is legal to do so what do you care?

because its a very small deer and a hole from any broadhead would appear to be much larger than what we normally look at. ill bet there were a few people who didnt look at the pic close enough and assumed it was an adult doe with a huge hole in her.

they taste better and are easier to carry out of the bush. why not? :D

Got a question here and i was looking at getting the rage broadhead but not sure on if i should go with the 2 blade or 3.
What are your guys thoughts on this and for use I will be shooting deer and turkey.

Alright,I'll say it-I think Rage sucks! At least for me they sucked, I used them for one season and dumped them. There's nothing wrong with the way they perfrom once they connect, although there's nothing especially spectacular about them either-they are a 2 inch 2 blade head and make hoels accordingly. If all you want to do is make big holes, there are other mechanicals that will do as good and better(Jakhammer, Grim Reaper etc). What made me dump the Rage was the way the blades are held by the littel rubber o-ring. The blades deploy by sliding to the rear, and to keep them in place each blade has a tiny little hook in it that catches on an o-ring. This is just fine for a treestand shooter but imo absolutley useless for anything else. Even in the treestand I'd often look down and see the blades had fallen open again. I repeatedly had to reach down and carefull push the blades back into position. When I tried any kind of stalking or moving the would open time and again, making it impossible to hunt that way. Care to guess what happens when you shoot it with one blade deployed? I'll put my money on either fixed blade head or a mechanical I don't have to babysit. I did shoot a coyote with one before retiring them and they performed as expected-they cut a hole about 2" long, nothing more nothing less. I've seen enough broadhead hole's from enough broadheads to know sometimes you get really nasty looking wounds, sometimes not so much.
