T3 Aluminum Bolt Shroud

Heck, I'll take one too.

If you could make several hundred of these, they would sell in the US in a matter of days...

I just finished turning the second batch. Still waiting for laser engraving on the first sample - things are picking up in Calgary, turnaround is getting slow. By the time the sample comes back the second batch may be caught up with the first and then I'll just have them all anodized and engraved at once...

I'm working with the laser guy to get the best delivery possible, but my hands are kind of tied.

PS: Yes, local pickup is an option.

Don't you think a guy should be able to sign his work? It's not like I'm a big faceless corporation that had these done through half a dozen subcontractors and middlemen. I made them, I'm proud of them, I want to put my mark on them.

ALL FOR THAT ! Your the maker! Good on you!

Sure. You make them, its your choice how you do it.
For me personally I would much rather have one not marked, if thats not an option - looks like I am SOL.

Is the logo going to be on the underside or on the topside? I'm not really into having logos, decals, or markings on my guns. Otherwise a guy's rifle would have a RKS logo on the barrel, a McMillan logo on the stock, a Burris logo on the rings, a flick logo on the bolt shroud, etc.

If the logo was on the underside of the shroud, as a signature of the creator, I would completely support that, since it wouldn't make the shroud unsightly to the guy looking for a conservative but solid firearm. Now if you paid me to use your product, then I would be all about pimping your logo all over my gun in exchange for the sponsorship :D

Kind of like the guys who drive little Japanese cars with fart cans and all sorts of "Racing Sport Akimoto", "GReddy" or whatever stickers all over their cars.

The mark will be placed discreetly - no need to worry about your gun looking like a Nascar contender. Pics to follow...

Perhaps something classy like the gold ring around leupold scopes.

I do not propose you use gold.
But your own design, with class.

I use a T3 in 3006. its my go to rifle;)
