Does that affect the performance at all?
To me it looks like a lack of quality, but does it actually effect anything.
Was in CT earlier today, and took a look at the ammo display. .22 appears to have been restocked recently, had probably 10 box's of the CCI long rifles.
Along with some "winchester super X 22 long rifle plated round nose super speed RN 40 grains high velocity 1300 FPS"
Plastic box of 100 for 7 bucks.
It looked cool, so i figured i would try a box in my 10/22 and my Browning lever rifle.
Wont get to a range anytime soon, but i did open it up, i felt the first 10, and in all 10 the bullets were seated loose. Could move the side to side along with turning them slightly.
