same here , i bot one that was suppose to have the gremlin , seller even sent me the old parts that wolverine replaced and i havent been able to duplicate the gremlin , no matter how i puller the trigger, poor me . :D

Strange, eh? The only thing I can think of is trigger pull. The guy who had it happening with my rifle was a shooter with 50 years of shooting experience, and a real smooth slow pull on triggers. I've tried pulling all different ways (triggers that is!:eek:) and could never reproduce it. I have a spare carrier, I'll sent it to Neitarms just to be safe.
 
I was able to get my gun to gremlin but it won't do it under any normal shooting. You have to seriously "limp-shoulder" the gun to make it happen.

I had it tabbed to fix the problem, even though the problem was never actually an issue for me. The tab broke off after around 100 rounds and jammed up the action.

I'd rather run with the gremlin than a bad tab job. At least I know what causes the gremlin and how to avoid the issue. I am sure there are people who could do a good tab job for me but for the time being I'll stick with my back-to-original, trouble free carrier.

Like I said previously in another thread, we've done ~100 tabs this year; no complaints, no failures, no gremlins. We guarantee the work.

I have seen a couple of Neit carriers now... If I ever get one tabbed again they will be doing the work. I would not be worried at all if I were you.

I had Rauch Tactical to tab mine since my cz was there to be refinished but i never had the gremlin and i never been able to make him appear no matter how i pull the trigger. Since my carrier is tabbed now, gremlin will never show up anyaway.:)
 
I have put a couple thousand rounds through my CZ 858 and no gremlins for me. I lent it to someone else to try and the trigger would not reset. Then I shot it afterwards and the gremlin hasn't reappeared. Go figure.
 
The first 858-2 was so bad I sent it back, the replacement has only been test fired so far but no sign of gremlin. I had the bolt tabbed just in case.
