New Colt .22lr 1911

Has anyone seen these for sale in Canada yet?

Any dealers care to comment, given the apparent dificuklties they have getting Colt pistols.

It's not really a Colt. It's made by Umarex using the Colt name; same as the "Colt M4 Carbine" in .22 LR. Thanks, bu no thanks...

The pistol comes standard with a 12 round mag...so unless they are making a special run of 10 round mags....

Nope, they aren't made by GSG but by Umarex. The couple of reviews I've seen have been fairly positive.

The M4 and M16 tacticals are made by Walther and distributed by Umarex,maybe the pistols are made by Walther as well????

It is a rimfire so it shouldnt matter how many rounds it holds.

Um... All Hand Guns are limited to 10 Rounds or less in Canada I thought...

The unlimited .22 rule applies to long guns only IIRC...

Yes, my apologies - Umarex is the distributor. They are made for Colt by Walther.

More specifically, they are made for Umarex by Walther, using the Colt name under license. Other than collecting a royalty Colt is not really involved.
