RJ machine for example makes a steel breech that will accept the factory sights as well as a scope.
By the way, the flat top piston kit in the 1377 is a must.

i know it reduces the amount of pumps needed to get the same pressure as 10 pumps does on the normal piston, but will it let you get more pressure?
also do you know if there is a pressure relief valve on the gun?
THAT's who it was, I couldn't find the sight again so I ended up ordering the Crosman breech with the upgraded piston kit and seal kit for spares. I think the Crosman has a dovetail for the LPA sight.
I don't want to spend another $50 on a sight so I will see if I can mill it or rig up a simple sight myself. The gun cost me $80, I just spent over $115 on the upgrades and am about to order a set of RB Grips in Cocobolo for another $80 or so.![]()
Yes you can get more pressure as well as less pumps for same pressure.
The original valve on canadian versions has a "pressure relief" built in. The flat top valve upgrade does not.
Around 410.
Does anyone know of the spring required to dump all the air out of the piston with these mods? Mine holds a bit of air as I have heard it would.
Here is my simple rear sight made from the elevation insert of the factory sight. Not even close to fancy or very adjustable, but I hope it does the job. I should shoot it and chrony it later today.
