6gm6,
I offered to get rid of my things before you found my score sheet ...i thought it was all over.....I think maybe I might need my holster afterall. Thanks for making up a score for me...hehe...but you could have made me a Jedi master! KC338 - the offer is still out there - try the holster if you wish to see if it is for you.

Im off tomorrow and going to check ebay , another person messaged me with a bladetech for sale just waiting on a pm back to see what he would like for it . Ive also sent an email off to fobus to see if they can check when theyre getting the holster in , it still says out of stock .

But if someone is definitely willing to let me borrow a holster IF they dont need it that would be super awsome .

Ellwood Epps sells Fobus as does Wolverine, give them a call. I can check locally here and if I find one would be more then happy to bring it with to the match on the 30th.

Where to buy some zombies...

Regarding holsters, I'd recommend comp-tac, or even better Blade-tech, long before Fobus.....

I couldn't agree more. I used a Fobus on my G19 for a few years and, although I don't shoot my G19 often, the Fobus ruined the finish on the front edges of the slide, it isn't showing normal holster wear, it's showing actual scratches through the tenifer and into the steel.

Bladetech is a much better solution.

On the holster thing, wicked and tritum are 100% correct. Blade Tech is generally the best way to go. I would give Josko at Double Tap a call, supporting dealer at the top, he is great to deal with and may even have an M&P holster in stock. 5.11 and Blackhawk also make great holsters, I run a Blackhawk CQB for my 1911 and it is fantastic, costs about $40.

Not to doubt the dynamic trio, but I have several different holsters from several different manufactures. And yes in the past fobus = YGWYPF. But the new evo holsters really aren't that bad.

Holster choice for M&P

Kc338

Some of the boys may be right , My M&P does have wear marks on the slide after about one year of use. It is definately from the holster...But..It is still the best combo "I" have experienced. I noticed wear marks a while back but for me the gun is a tool and even if it does not shine if it hits "the b:zombies" where I need it to than it is worth the wear on the gun. You try the different ones at the match...they wont mark your gun for that short time and you decide. Id rather wear the paint off and feel comfortable with the whole rig than shoot worrying about the finish. After all its IDPA - real life scenarios?? ,right boys,?? the guns a tool right.?? H:S: -OK ..Ok ...Naaa- the real reason it works for me is because I will show my wife the gun in 6 more months and explain how it does not work with any finish worn off....must be a warranty thing just like the car ,but the warranty is expired...just like the car ..:stirthepot2: ... and for the safetly of all shooters concerned I really should buy a safer "tool". Maybe...I should try another caliber as well...this one may not be safe!:stirthepot2:
